September is National Disaster Preparedness Month.
Although it is a good idea to be prepared for any natural disaster that may hit, we are coming into the height of hurricane season here in the south and we would like to make sure everyone has the tools they need to be prepared for an evacuation situation. Having a plan, as well as an emergency kit prepared, will mean that you can handle any situation quickly, confidently and more efficiently.
